Because of their large installed base, users of the products also come up with great ideas to add or supplement the existing Microsoft portfolio. "Service Packs for Microsoft" was created as a way for people to deliver upgrades to existing Microsoft software in such a way that it either fixes existing problems or delivers product enhancements. As one of those product users, I wanted to have a place for people to express their ideas, in a demonstrable way, for enhancements to the Microsoft portfolio. |
